🌿 Q’s Ministry BHITS welcomes motivated university students and graduates seeking OPT, CPT, or internship experience across a wide range of disciplines. Our community initiatives span technology, data analytics, education, health, and faith-based outreach—creating real-world opportunities to apply academic training toward existing and new projects that serve the common good.

We’re seeking creative and committed individuals to support our mission through:
- Website Management – Help maintain and improve our online presence.
- App development - Help develop code
- Social Media – Share inspiring stories and engage our community.
- Blogging – Write thoughtful, faith-based, scientific or educational contents that uplift and inform.
- Photography – Capture powerful moments that tell our story.
- Curate - Carefully select related items for the online store.
- Upload - Commit yourself to listening, organizing, editing (as needed) and uploading over a 1000 music and pre-recorded radio programs, interviews and podcasts.
- Archival & Library - Maintain, organize or archive books and papers at the homesite.
- Studio & Media - Set up microphone, overhead projector, laminate cards, coordinate interviews and pod-cast recording from .
- Sound engineer & Radio - Learn music portal to synchronize for better sounds.
- Public Relations & Fund Raising - Respond to inquiries, appeal, inform, request letters, and contact donors, new and existing parishioners.
- Food commissary: Do any or all of these, help set-up, bring, unload, sort, pack, deliver foods, or simply reach out to remind.
- Organize Scientific, Research and Educational work.
