The Pastor at Q's Ministry values innovation and offers objective spiritual
or pastoral care services. Many may be resistant to seeking support;
because they may believe that the support may not be offered objectively.
The pastor's spirituality is within a scientific  frame of mind and follows
objective strictures. His approach can be integrative as would be needed.
The pastoral services are available for people of all religions and
backgrounds.

The purpose of the ministry is to provide pastoral services. People are
supported towards salvation, spiritual wellbeing, to better themselves
and those around them.

We want to achieve empirical truth, courage and freedom. We seek to
discover the truth to understand the past. And by having understood the
past and how that affects the present, we arrive at the 'meaning' and plan
for spiritual wellbeing. Those seeking our support attain salvation also by
handling beliefs, values, feelings, acts, and conducts and acquiring an
understanding, while identifying, revealing, accepting and forgiving. Our
support in services is for salvation or improvement or relief from spiritual
anguish about the past, present and/or future.

The ministry may be able to provide supervision for licensure hours, and
can recommend for ordainment and install ordainment.

Those at the ministry have credentials that include certifications and
diplomas, incorporation certificate, at one time Amendment in Senate Bill
2026 section 15610.37 as Religious Health Practitioners, ordained
religious practitioners help dependent or elder adults, religious entity
exemptions and press pass.

CONTINUED PRINCIPLES
The Ministry,
1. Does not discriminate on the basis of spiritual, belief, religious
background, age, sex, creed, race, color, national origin, tradition,
ancestry, culture, or socio- economic status.
2. Is open to all religious backgrounds and beliefs.
3. Provides its programs regardless of financial means.
4. Shall strive to better lives with the principles but not make the ministry
or principles ones whole life.

The ministry respects,
1. Sanctity of life
2. The right to Privacy, confidentiality, individual consent, U.S.
Constitution, and all relevant laws (Misapplying legal junctures, those
based on opinions and spirit of the law as compared to letter of the law
are questioned)
3. All persons and their backgrounds

5. Equipotentiality principle and the potential for wellbeing, learning,
change and betterment of self and others

Pastor earned his Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degrees from
California State University at Los Angeles (with all rights and privileges
pertaining thereto) and State University of New York. He has been license
applicant and eligible at the state of New York. He is qualified and
certified as an ordained pastor and Pastoral C., in accordance to the
separation of church and state clause of the US Constitution.

He has served as a college and university Professor in the past,
consultant, giving pastoral care and communal service. He has lead
many meetings and has spoken before small and large groups for over
24 years. For over 26 years he has provided support to a hospital, adult
day health care centers, community based adult services, university
health center, clinic, individuals, couples, families, students and the
elderly.

For over 24 years, he studied the relationship between science and
religion, including evolution of brain and action, acquisition theory,
processes and principles, violence and reproduction.

He has developed numerous procedures and methods too. A model of
this procedure was displayed at the American Association for the
Advancement of Science innovation conference.

Among several written contributions, he has written over 3000 wellbeing
plans. He has designed and conducted workshops, presented research
findings and papers- and received awards, certificates, recognition or
notation from a few professional associations. He was an invited
diplomat applicant of the American Association for I - M. He was an
elected member of the New York Academy of Sciences, and other
associations, including two current associations and church. He is a
member of the press of the American Radio Network and in a hall of
fame also.

He has pastoral duties.

He is a producer of the Q's Ministry , BHITS world-wide outreach radio
program for parishioner covering news and information about the
religion, spirituality, brain, feelings, actions and mind - soul / body topics.

salvation are considered spiritual wellbeing. Our goal is to provide
pastoral services that promote wellbeing. The religious and spiritual
experience and knowledge about spirituality and religions process
through the brain and soma, the underlying seat of our mind and soul.
We are interested in knowing how these affect our wellbeing.

As people we have the right to choose our own religious and/or
spiritual path without violating the rights of others. We respect religious
diversity and freedom. To do what is right and be holistic is a goal. Our
religious or spiritual path, encompassing our ordainment, would be
commensurate with our education, training, experience, science back
grounds and/or pastoral services.

Our freedom to practice religion and spirituality in the way we choose
is in accordance with the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
"Doing right" would be according to all the laws as known to us. We
respect the letter of the law and not mere individual opinions formed
based on the "spirit of the law".

As long as not violating the rights of others, one can perform or
practice religious, spiritual, and pastoral care services without tort,
being prevented, extorted, interfered, and/or threatened by any/all
entities. That is in accordance to the California Business and
Professional Code Section 2908.

As part of a religious and spiritual endeavor, the pastor seeks to discover and
understand the history of the Jewish and Christian Gospels, the dead sea scrolls,
including "The Lost Gospel Q", the hidden material, the unrecorded, the changes
in our history, the suppressed, and the oppressed. People of all religions,
Muslims and Buddhists, are welcome to join in these endeavors. Currently the
pastor wishes to know if the prophet Abraham, Yusuf (Joseph), Daniel, Jesus
Christ,  Buddha Vishnu, Mahdi, Imam Hussein of Tabriz, Rabbi Eleazar of the 15th
century Czechoslovakia, and King James were the same person at different times.
