1. ABOUT MANAGESELF
ManageSelf is an all-in-one self-management mobile application designed to help users organize personal productivity and information directly on their device. The application allows users to:
Track work time through a timesheet
Manage tasks using a to-do list
Store personal information in a password-protected vault
Generate weekly and monthly reports as downloadable PDF files
All core functionality of the application is designed to operate entirely on the user’s device.
2. DATA COLLECTION & USE
ManageSelf does not collect personal data.
The developer does not collect, access, transmit, or store any personal data from the user’s device. Specifically:
No user accounts are required
No personal information is collected by the developer
No data is transmitted to external servers
No user data is shared with third parties
The developer does not track users, collect device identifiers, or access personal content stored within the application.
All information entered into the application remains only on the user’s mobile device.
3. LOCAL DATA STORAGE
All information entered into ManageSelf, including tasks, time entries, reports, and vault content, is stored locally on the user’s device.
The application does not sync data to any cloud services
The developer has no access to user-generated content
Data remains within the device’s local storage and is not transmitted externally
Users maintain full control over their information.
All stored data may be permanently removed by deleting the application from the device.
4. REPORTS AND USER-INITIATED SHARING
ManageSelf allows users to generate weekly or monthly reports in PDF format.
Reports are generated and saved locally on the user’s device
Users may choose to share reports using their own email or messaging applications
ManageSelf does not send emails automatically
Any sharing of reports is fully initiated and controlled by the user
The developer does not receive copies of shared reports.
5. SECURE VAULT
The Secure Vault feature allows users to store sensitive personal information behind an application-level password.
Vault data is stored locally on the user’s device.
Vault information is protected using application-level security mechanisms and stored locally on the device. Vault content cannot be shared, transmitted, or exported by the developer
Access to vault data is restricted to the user within the application
Users are responsible for backing up any information they wish to retain before uninstalling the application.
6. INTERNET USAGE
ManageSelf is designed to function primarily offline.
Internet access may only be required for the following situations:
Downloading the application from an app marketplace
Subscription purchases and renewals through the marketplace platform
User-initiated sharing of files through external applications
No personal application data is transmitted during normal usage.
7. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
ManageSelf is a paid application that may include subscription access.
Payments and subscriptions are processed securely through the platform from which the application was downloaded, including Google Play or Apple App Store
Subscription management is handled through the respective account settings
We do not collect or store payment or credit card information
8. ANALYTICS, ADVERTISING, AND TRACKING
ManageSelf does not use:
